In the consolidation menu, select the Unit you wish to review, then use the "See Graphics" feature to get all the details. The default view is the global score for the Unit, broken down by section. You can then drill down further by selecting a particular section, which will break down the section score by sub-section and shown the score of each individual criterion pertaining to each sub-section, along with the associated action plans (bars highlighted in yellow, click on them to read the details).

In the consolidation menu, click "Compare", select what you want to compare (i.e. global comparison, or one particular section, sub-section or evaluation criterion), then which units you wish to compare. The results are then displayed graphically, with the ability to zoom in/out, to access action plans and to remove units from the view.

In the consolidation menu, click "Export all consolidated Responses". Filter the responses on the desired metadata and use the Excel standard features to calculate averages, generate graphics, etc.
