Program Management

By using Evalu+, you have the ability to not only conduct one evaluation at a certain time, but a succession of evaluations over time, each new evaluation inheriting the characteristics of the previous one: repository, evaluation units, evaluators and the linkages between these 3 units.

The recommended approach is as follows: 1) Create a program in Evalu+ ; 2) Create your evaluation units inside Evalu+ ; 3) Import your repository from Excel into Evalu+ ; 4) Allocate the evaluation criteria to the relevant units ; 5) Create one single evaluator and assign him/her all criteria allocated in all units ; 6) Generate the questionnaires and populate them with the scores and possible action plans ; 7) Consolidate the responses and give access to the consolidation menu/file to all stakeholders ; 8) Go to the Program Manager toolkit tab and choose "Start New Program / phase" to move into program management mode, where you will be able to modify the elements of the "Evaluation cube" and perform additional evaluations whenever needed.
